I feel that every rider and every horse has a class in which they can be
GREAT, possibly several classes!
With
hard WORK and TSH's unique PROGRAM, we've produced winners of more than 20 WORLD and RESERVE titles and over 75 TOP TEN and TOP FIVE teams. So far, TSH has also brought home 4 WORLD SHOW ALL-AROUND WINNERS, and produced many State and Regional all-around winners, Circuit Champions and Futurity Champions.

I’ve grown up in this Industry. Over the years, I’ve worked with the best trainers in Western Pleasure, All-Around, Hunter Under Saddle, and even Reining. Each day, I use techniques and tools I’ve learned from my mentors, like Reining training for beautiful Horsemanship pivots and
using the forward motion of a Hunter trot to improve the cadence of a Western Pleasure lope.
I train, teach, buy and sell, prepare show horses and develop horse & rider teams. And, thanks to new horses and different riders, I
am always learning. My proven program consistently produces
unbelievable results for my horses and my customers.
At the upper levels of this sport, there are no short-cuts. Hard work is the key to my success, and it will be integral to yours.
I simply WORK harder then the rest of the competition and it shows in how well prepared my horses are and how confident my clients feel.
The
TSH PROGRAM is proven successful for many customers.
All of the results above were accomplished with new teams every year at the World Show: new horses and new riders, some of which I only had a few months to prepare.
As a Trainer, it’s my job to work hard and to keep my program up to date with industry standards. I know what’s winning today, and what will be winning in the future. I work with my customers and their horses to identify areas of opportunity; and then we focus our efforts to achieve maximum results. I educate my customers about BUILDING the best team they can be with their horse;
how to maximize their achievements by working
as a team.
TSH loves to have fun. Every show is a tool to make you better for the next one. Taking your learning style into consideration, I give feedback about your performance and commit to work on
specific things before we try again at the next competition. I believe
showing is supposed to be fun, a place where you learn,
and get better every day. Showing can be a gamble, but if you put in the time and hard work,
you’ll improve the odds in your favor. And, remember, making mistakes just makes you better in the future, as I like to say it makes you a better gambler!
This is a sport of perception. Advertising, outfits, and equipment are important elements of the overall branding of you and your horse as a team. But the most important element is your attitude and presentation.
Always look at the positive while showing. If you have a problem, keep smiling, because I am confident that with hard work and sticking to the program, I can help you fix it.
